LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR OUR COPPER AND BRASS FIXTURES 
At Heritage Lighting, Inc., we stand behind our unbeatable lifetime warranty for all of our solid copper and brass fixtures. This warranty also extends to our chemical finishes, which are NOT a paint or powder coat. These finishes will vary over time but will be warranted NOT to peel, flake or corrode.


Heritage Lightworks warrants its products against defect in material and workmanship. Without charge, Heritage Lightworks will either repair or replace (Heritage Lightworks reserves the right to decide between repair or replacement) any properly installed Heritage Lightworks product which fails under normal operating conditions, provided it is returned to the factory, transportation prepaid, and our inspection determines it to be defective under the terms of this warranty.

The warranty covers only equipment exclusively manufactured for Heritage Lightworks and does not extend to transportation, installation or replacement charges; nor does it apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjuction with equipment.

Heritage Lightworks fixtures are manufactured to meet United States and Canadian Underwriters Laboratories standards.

SHIPPING POLICY 
Shipment to Canada:
We cannot guarantee a precise delivery date for foreign shipments due to the fact that custom clearance can sometimes cause delays.

Heritage Lightworks is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or for freight damages. Damages must be reported immediately to the freight carrier.

QUALITY 
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, variances in color, shade, texture, size and construction of finished goods cannot be guaranteed. Colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast. We reserve the right to change, correct, and improve goods without prior notice. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.

RETURNS 
Return Instruction:

1) Please download and print RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization Form)

2) Complete RMA form and fax it to (323)843-9427.

3) We will email you a RMA number.

4) Please write your RMA number on RMA form and on the outside of the return package. (Returned products must be packed in the original carton)

5) Please include your original invoice in the return package.

6) Ship return package to Heritage Lightworks. RMA Department. 16274 Pablo Creek Lane, Fontana CA 92336. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on RMA form. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Note:
1) A RMA number is valid for one month only and may not be used at a later date. Please therefore, only request RMA numbers for those products which will be sent in the immediate future.

2) If the RMA delivery is a repair, exchange in advance or exchange. Please add a detailed description of the fault.

3) RMA request will not be processed with incomplete information or illegible prints.

4) Physically damaged items must be reported within 5 days of items received for investigation.

5) RMA number must be placed on the outside of the return package. Any package sent in without a RMA number may be returned to the sender non-repaired/non-replaced.

Catalogs are furnishes at no charge up to two (2) each. After 2 they are available at $2.00 each.
